Manual harvest into small crates with the muse fermenting on skins in clay amphora with no added SO2, 6 months on skins. Deep bronze color. Lovely sweet peach and apricot on the nose with the same plus lemon and some grip on the palette. Quite dry with some tannin and leaving you wanting more.
No question that this is an orange wine, with 6 months on its skins and no sulphur added! Tastes like the sea with lovely salinity, stone fruit and spices.
Perfect for fatty or fried fish or a cheese plate with charcuterie!
