Grown at La Mata Natural Park, ungrafted and planted over 50 years ago in sandy, salty soils.
The grapes were harvested manually late in the season using small crates and went through a strict selection process in the winery. The must was fermented on its skins in amphora and stopped right before completing to leave just a few grams of sugar, creating this dessert wine.
