This lighter red was initially macerated for two weeks on skin with some whole cluster, then co-fermented with the other grapes in stainless steel tanks. It has red fruit with cherries and some savory and spicy characteristics to it as well. Very little tannin and easy to serve chilled and by itself, similar to how you'd enjoy a Beaujolais.
